MANILA, Philippines, 11 AUGUST 2026 — The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office (SDO) of Angeles City, Pampanga has recognized Color Your World Foundation, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of Casino Plus—one of the country’s leading responsible digital entertainment platforms licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)—for its contribution to classroom digitalization through a ₱2.175-million technology initiative benefiting 14 public schools and more than 20,000 students.

The foundation received a plaque of appreciation during an awarding ceremony at the DepEd-SDO Angeles City office in recognition of its Project Liwanag: Digital Learning Access Initiative, implemented under DepEd’s Adopt-A-School Program.

Through the initiative, Color Your World Foundation turned over ₱2,175,000 worth of classroom technology, including 89 smart TVs, laptops, desktop computers, and instructional accessories, to 14 partner public schools across Angeles City. The equipment is designed to support teachers with interactive digital instruction tools while providing students with direct access to technology-enabled learning resources.

Accepting the citation on behalf of the organization, Casino Plus CSR Director Michael Angelo Horfilla highlighted the importance of technology in strengthening local learning environments.

“This recognition proves that Project Liwanag is successfully illuminating new opportunities for our students and teachers,” Horfilla said. “Through the Adopt-A-School Program, we are transforming classrooms with smart TVs and laptops to put interactive, modern tools directly into educators’ hands. Angeles City Schools Division Superintendent Edgard Domingo also commended the foundation for its partnership with the public education sector and its commitment to supporting local schools.
