Event Overview: From Online Qualifiers to a Live Trading Finale
The GN Club × OKX Wallet Trading Battlegrounds successfully concluded its IRL Finals on January 30, 2026, at High Grounds Cafe, Quezon City, marking the culmination of a multi-stage competitive trading event that brought together traders from various Web3 communities across NCR and/or Luzon. Organized by GN Club and powered by OKX Wallet, the event emphasized live execution, transparency, and performance-driven competition, with a total prize pool of ₱115,000.
Competition Highlights: A Real-Time Test of Trading Skill
Trading Battlegrounds was designed as an online-to-IRL tournament, beginning with qualifiers held on January 21, 2026, inside the X Comunicado Discord. A total of 32 selected traders competed through structured elimination rounds under live market conditions, with rankings based on percentage gains and results validated by moderators.
The Top Elite 8 traders advanced to the IRL Finals, where participants traded live on stage using OKX Wallet. Every trade was monitored in real time, supported by host-led commentary, audience interaction, and clearly defined elimination rounds. The format removed pay-to-play mechanics and focused entirely on discipline, risk management, and adaptability.
Champion and Finalists: Traders Who Reached the Final Stage
The IRL Finals featured eight finalists representing different trading communities. After a full day of live competition, Aldrin “Crypto4chun” Rabino emerged as the champion of the GN Club × OKX Wallet Trading Battlegrounds.
Aldrin demonstrated consistent execution, strong risk management, and adaptability beyond conventional trading strategies. His performance earned him the championship prize of 1,000 USDT, equivalent to ₱58,500+, representing the largest individual share of the total prize pool. He also shared market insights on Bitcoin (BTC), indices, gold-backed assets (XAUT), and other markets, offering practical perspectives based on his trading experience.
