Disruptive Doctors Conference 2025 Highlights Where Doctors Drive Real Change In Healthcare

Disruptive Doctors has grown from a local initiative into a global movement, uniting over 500 doctors at DDCon 2025 in Kuala Lumpur. With 60 speakers, international tours, and the launch of their new app, the doctor-led startup is building a borderless, AI-powered ecosystem to reshape healthcare worldwide.

KUALA LUMPUR, 23 September 2025:  Disruptive Doctors, who started as a homegrown initiative, has become a global movement for doctors to connect and collaborate to drive real change in healthcare.Their recent annual Disruptive Conference held on 20-21 Sep at Sime Darby Convention Centre attracted 500 doctors and 33 exhibitors.  There were 60 speakers including four who flew in from the US, Tunisia and Singapore.  The participants were exposed to the latest developments in AI technology, healthcare careers for doctors, business of medicine, regenerative science, and longevity medicine.Conference sponsors comprised KL Wellness City, Kenanga Investors Berhad, Sime Motors (Official Mobility Partners) , and Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia (PhAMA). 

“We were tired of working in silos, disconnected, bound by borders and limited by outdated systems,” explained co-founders, Dr Selina Chew and Dr Vivek Subramaniam, who have also launched the Disruptive Doctors App to connect one million doctors worldwide. They received positive feedback during their recent tour to London, Paris, and Dubai to network with doctors overseas.

“We’re a global movement uniting doctors across borders, specialities, and career stages to share ideas, spark innovation, and create real changes in healthcare,” they added.
