In an era where accessibility and authenticity
are more important than ever, PMG’s digital-first approach is not only
practical but also revealing. “The online audition isn’t just a submission

Applicants are asked to submit a 1–2 minute
performance and intro video, along with 2–3 photos and their basic information.
From there, PMG’s team evaluates not just talent, but also how quickly and
professionally a candidate responds to follow-up emails. These follow-ups serve
a dual purpose: to assess the candidate’s attitude and to gauge their ability
to follow direction and communicate effectively—essential traits in the music
industry.

PMG has implemented a strict yet fair system:
candidates who display diva-like behavior, poor coordination, or entitlement
are swiftly removed from the pool. In contrast, those who exhibit humility,
focus, and genuine motivation are allowed to move forward. For standout
applicants, it is not unusual to receive a trainee contract even before a live
audition is scheduled.

Those invited to the live audition and
interview phase often continue on to PMG’s intensive 6-month artist development
program. This training includes vocal coaching, dance instruction, music
production, and songwriting workshops. Upon successful completion of the
program, the most promising trainees are awarded solo or group recording and
management deals under the PMG banner.
